Further, E-Bazaar does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Accuracy Of Materials

E-Bazaar does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are 100% accurate, complete or current. E-Bazaar may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Product & Service Descriptions

Whilst we try to display the colors of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your screen and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer an alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value otherwise the order shall be canceled.

Acceptance Of Order

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us.
All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of E-Bazaar until we have received payment in full from you for those products.
If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order. We will inform you of this and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery Of Your Order

E-Bazaar products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.
We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event nobody is available to sign for receipt.
You bear the risk for the products once delivery is completed.
Where possible, we try to deliver in one go. We reserve the right to split the delivery of your order, for instance (but not limited to) if part of your order is delayed or unavailable.

Modifications

E-Bazaar may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Cancellation Of The Contract

The buyer has the right to cancel the sale prior to the goods being shipped. If the goods have already been shipped the buyer no longer has the right to cancel the sale.

Return Policy & Claims

At E-Bazaar, our customers can avail the facility of returning any product if it is damaged or faulty at the time of receipt.

  • Claim for return should be lodged within 24 hours of receipt along with order details.
  • Claim can be lodged in either via email through [email protected] or via Whatsapp through (+92) 311-2264242.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Packaging, tags etc must be intact.
  • You must have a video evidence made at the time of unboxing/unpacking the parcel that should clearly show the parcel was damaged or faulty before it was opened.
  • Products directly imported from china have only checking warranty.
  • Customer will have to courier the product back to E-Bazaar and courier charges will be refunded in case any discrepancy is found from E-Bazaar’s end.
  • E-Bazaar will provide the customer a return address once the return claim is lodged.
  • Customer will not be accommodated for a return if the above conditions are not met.
  • Any product that is customized specially for the customer in size, style or fabric etc will not be returned.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, some items (wearable’s etc) may not be returned.
  • Refund Policy

  • Any item accepted for return will be replaced only with the same item of the same description.
  • The amount of any product will not be returned.
  • In some cases, you may be able to avail a voucher in exchange of a returned product and use that voucher to buy other products at E-Bazaar.
